You'll tighten, tone & firm your body while burning more fat than any other workout, increasing your self-confidence & reducing your stress level. CARDIO KICKBOXING is for everyone - from those who want to get in shape to those looking for the ultimate workout.

Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu

 

TKD is home to State 48 Jiu-Jitsu, Led by 2 Black Belt instructors who train 5 days a week. They have a few simple goals and they put all their effort into achieving them. These goals have but one purpose: to give you the best possible martial arts experience.

 

Adult Classes Monday-Friday @ 6:30 p.m.

Kids Classes Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday @5:30 p.m.

Women's Only Class Thursday's @ 5:30 p.m.
